Contacts
The Address Book lets you store the name, email address, and other personal information of your contacts. The Address Book screen consists of two main parts: the Groups list to the left, and the Contact list in the main section to the right. It includes the following features:
Add contact
Contacts can be added quickly using the fields at the bottom of the contacts list in the middle of the screen. There are easily accessible by clicking the "Add" menu option. Clicking the "Extensive" menu option will open a new window allowing you to enter more expanded information.
Edit contact
Clicking a nickname will open a new window where you can edit all stored information.
Email contact
Either click a contact's email address or check the radio button and/or boxes corresponding to the desired group or contacts and click the "Email" menu option. You can also use the Groups/Nicknames select box directly from the Compose page.
Delete contact
Check the boxes corresponding to the desired contacts and click the "Delete" menu option.
Sort
Sort contacts by any column by clicking the corresponding header.
Index
Access your contacts by the nicknames' first letter using the alphabet menu options to the right in the Address Book menu.
Search
Find contacts by using the search function at the bottom of the screen.
Import
Import your contacts from Outlook, Eudora, Yahoo! and other services via so-called CSV (
Comma Separated Value) files.
Export all/Export group
Export all your contacts in your address book.
Group functionality
Organize your contacts by groups, using the Groups area to the left of the screen. Create, rename, or delete groups, and add or move contacts just like you do with messages in Webmail.
Group properties
After clicking a group in the Group list, its properties will appear in the bottom of the Groups area. Click the "[Group] properties" link to add or edit group information.
Move contacts
Check the boxes next to the desired contacts and the radion button next to the destination group, and click "Move contacts". you can also use drag-and-drop (Internet Explorer only); click the nickname, drag it towards the Groups area, and drop it over a group name.
