Your Account Information will be treated confidentially, as stated in our Privacy Policy. You may update your registered data (except your username) at any time, and please keep it as current and correct as possible.

User information

You cannot change the username of an existing account. But we recommend you change your password from time to time, as this helps keep your account secure. You do this by writing the new password into the two blank fields provided, and saving the settings. The best password is always a combination of letters and numbers, like: p9goW3t (note that the password is case sensitive). We urge users to NOT select super easy to guess passwords, and to use the secure login option on all terminals and networks accessible by others.

Personal information

Enter your first and last name, your street address, city, zip/postal code, country and your timezone (for displaying the time on your mails correctly). Please type in complete and accurate data, and keep this information current.

Optional information

You are asked for an alternate email address, which gives you the opportunity of receiving your password should you ever forget it, at an address which is verified as belonging to you. If you do not provide a valid alternate address, we may not be able to provide your password, should you need it.

When finished updating your Account Information, click [Save settings] at the bottom of the page.
